Video conference Rooms Maintenance Plans

AMPS offers maintenance plan packages for ongoing technology support to maintain and upgrade systems over time.

Basic Maintenance Plan

The basic maintenance plan is for customers who have access to some in-house support and need remote monitoring of their video conferencing codec, troubleshooting and software upgrade support. The plan also includes one on-site testing visit per month. The package includes:

  • Preventative maintenance and system checks
  • Remote system monitoring

Rates
$175 per month with a 12 months commitment.
Repairs are billed at a reduced hourly rate of $90 per hour.
Customers are responsible for hardware service contract with vendor.

Comprehensive Maintenance Plan

The comprehensive maintenance plan is for customers who have do not access to in-house support and need on-site monitoring and troubleshooting of their codec, software upgrade support. The package includes:

  • Orientation and training
  • Preventative maintenance and system checks
  • On-site system monitoring
  • Troubleshooting and equipment repair coordination with vendor.

Rates
$450 per month with a 12 months commitment.
Customers are responsible for hardware service contract with vendor. Additional labor charges for system repair coordination with the vendor beyond the allocated hours may apply at a reduced rate of $90 per hour.
